With thirty years of professional management experience, Ms. McKenna has the knowledge, experience and skills to plan, implement and monitor complex projects successfully from start to finish. Her expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time, within budget and with quality guarantees is unsurpassed. She strives to successfully manage projects to completion by utilizing organizational, problem-solving and time management skills. She values efficient communication, organization and creativity and has a proven track record of meeting high expectations, managing multiple tasks and successfully delivering projects on schedule.

She is a co-founder of Novesis, Inc. where, in addition to managing daily operations and client site assessment projects, she provides oversight for project scoping, proposal preparation, and completion of work-plans. She is an experienced Comprehensive, Environmental Liability and Compensation Act (CERCLA) site assessment and remediation project manager with a strong working knowledge of federal and state voluntary clean-up programs and guidelines.  And stays up-to-date on emerging contaminant regulations, such as PFAS/PFOS.

She understands the importance of balancing quality and budget during the course of a project and utilizes excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to produce successful project outcomes.

She is regarded by Novesis’ clients as a valuable resource on Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste matters (particularly in the areas of permitting, training, contingency planning, waste determinations, enforcement matters, recycling determinations and representative waste sampling). She has an extensive working knowledge of the hazardous waste management regulations, and the RCRA corrective action assessment and remediation process.
